the lost, the abandoned
the widows, the homeless
those who have been forgotten
God remembers, to give comfort
lifted from the ashes
to be made equal with the princes
worthy in God’s sight
gathered with the others
the lost, the abandoned

redeemed, justified
to sit with the princes
