Abraham crying Oh Ishmael, Oh Isaac

What must Abraham be crying
how he must tremble in heaven
the damage, the reprisals
the rockets in the night

Oh Ishmael, Oh Isaac
the wrath of the siblings
the lines of descent
building to such hatred

Oh Ishmael, Oh Isaac
my sons, I weep for thee
your children dying
martyrs in the streets
