millions of pixels
millions of pixels
of faceted sparkle
as if each grain of sugar
was fitted in fiber
not merely reflecting light
as if hard-wired
illumined fields alive
dancing in the moment
frost alive
a living creation
filaments of light
as far as I can see
autumn hills glowing
before the warming
grasses and the bramble
proclaim November’s glory
=====
November 19, 2012
the fields were alive with frost this morning
on NH Route 107 in Epsom, NH, Southbound,
with many vistas of white over the reeds and grain stalks, as
at 43.213132,-71.285279
going to the Deerfield Community School
