Give God Our Hands – v4

Oh, we give God our hands,

out feet, our voices, our love

our bodies emptied, to be filled,

to be Christ, the Son,

ministers to the whole world

Reflecting God’s love

in mission to the earth

being the hands of the Creator,

the feet of the apostles,

the voice of righteousness

for all who are in need

All who suffer injustice

all the sinners, estranged from God

in need of healing, or

be God’s image

for all mankind

So is our calling

to announce, like John before him

that the day of the Lord

is drawing nigh and is already here

if we give God our hands

and we do His will.
