a rapier, a sword – v3

A rapier, a sword
light to cut through the darkness;
Punching holes in the canopy
piercing the fabric,
the shroud of our grief.

A cutting away,
an epiphany of presence,
of God walking with us;
We are on the journey together
through all our storms.

A blade sharpening,
in light glorious;
joy in the presence of God;
Harrowing through the chaos
the storms of this life.
