for the Seder – v2

they made preparations

or so they thought

for the Seder

the Passover meal.

they laid out the elements

each with such meaning

with the Haggadah, the liturgy;

but Christ would change them all,

the ancient words from scripture,

that Moses had handed down

become the new covenant

in His body and His blood.
