Hold me, oh God – v2

Hold me, oh God,
be close to me,
create in me
a heart willing
a heart forgiven
a heart changed forever
by You alone, Holy Spirit…
 
Restore to me
draw close to me
my joy of salvation
so I would feel You
reaching from heaven
healing my broken heart,
give me peace in my spirit…
 
Hold me, oh God,
oh Potter, Creator,
touch me, heal me,
make me brand new.
Restore to me that
which I alone have broken
Save me, oh risen Lord Jesus…
