All of Us Equal

What a wonderful moment
all of us equal
all falling short
needing the Christ

Yet all of us worthy
by the blood of his sacrifice
redeemed when we fall
into his loving arms

Wrapped by his grace
lowered into the waters
dying with Christ
we rise whole, made clean

All of us equal
parts of the body
each given gifts
to proclaim the good news

Sent to the world
to share his message
God’s love big enough
to save the whole world
