Our anger, sometimes justified
angry, like Christ
in the face of injustice
Turning our face,
from the needs of others
when the world
is opposed to love
Yet mindful of excess
when anger controls us
and turns us to sin
Righteous anger
only in moderation
focused on harm to others
not of our own needs
Elsewhere, anger blinds us
separating us
from those we should love
