Seized by the Spirit

Words coming
from deep within me
seized by the Spirit
beginning to write

Blank pages filling
measure upon measure
layers of truth
coming into sight

More and more
the words come easy
in this message of scripture
hope for each one

God’s purpose
even in our exile
in times of struggle
we made serve the Lord
