If we could let go
leave our worries
if we could be like the grasses
and simply be
How much blessing
calm within our spirits
how much pain
do we refuse to set down
God speaking
Christ in his sermon
teaching us still
if we would open our ears
God wanting us to remember
the source of all that is
God will provide
if we make our lives His.
