Christ saw his pain
he knew his anguish
not just that he was disabled
but far more than that
Christ saw his inner struggle
his sin overwhelming
needing healing for wholeness
the man at his feet
He was forgiven of his sin
he was healed completely
his body set to right
and his heart relieved of pain
Christ touched his sorrow
healed his physical pain
redeeming him to wholeness
finding salvation there
