We ourselves need to be made whole – v2

Before we can serve
to carry God’s word
needing to be healed
we need to be made whole

Offering ourselves
on the altar of love
coming before Jesus
to be restored
His touch enough
our faith before us
whether we believe
that his touch can save us

Let the Lord heal you
transformed within
sent as a message
our purpose to win
More souls for the kingdom
to heal in God’s name
a harvest waiting
to be gathered in

We need to be made whole
belief the beginning
spending time in the word
and sharing God’s presence
Only when made whole
can we truly serve him
carrying his light, his message
to this troubled world
