Why are we
silent
knowing we are
free
we should be
singing
not just for our
nation
but for all
believers
singing praises
to Go
Because of our
Savior, His sacrifice
more than the
words on the parchment
changing us from
the dead
giving us our
freedom
that we may live
again
in the splendor
of God’s kingdom
Why are we
silent, why don’t we shout
hosanna, Amen,
Hallelujah
we have been
redeemed,
saved from the dead
freed from our
chains
the wages of sin
