how we became free – v3

we retell our story
the mystery of faith
each time we gather
around the Lord’s Table,
sharing the meal and
the words that He gave us.

we retell our story
how we became free
Christ’s body broken,
His blood poured out
for you, for me,
for all humanity.

we just have to believe
and submit our will to Him
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
our rock and Redeemer
the Savior who died to save us
to set us free from death.

We retell the story
of the creation of our people
each time we gather
around the Lord’s table
sharing the meal and
the words that He gave us.
