An enemy planted weeds – v2

The farmer planted seeds

scattered on the ground;

good soil, nourished,

prepared for a harvest.

An enemy planted weeds

tares among the wheat;

growing in the garden

for this season on earth.

Together for the harvest

the culling of God;

the wheat and the tares growing

in the garden of the world.
