God is beside us
invisible until we look for him
there walking with us
each day of our lives
Quietly present
humble assurance
his grace waiting
for us to respond
Reach out, seek our creator
his hand open
when we turn to him
Outstretched arms of the savior
risen in heaven
yet on the road with us
Lastly, the Spirit
deep within us abiding
calling to us
from within our hearts
Walking with us
this road laid before us
leading us, when we are willing
all the way home
