Healed by Christ’s Compassion

Perhaps shocked by the moment
the debris falling down
the light shining through
the new hole in the roof
The paralytic man
lowered by his friends
lowered before Jesus
to heal his brokenness
Christ healed his body
restoring him to health
but he also cleaned his soul
returning him to life
He was healed by Christ’s compassion
his mercy for us
casting out his demons
all that held him
