Time to empty the baggage
the clutter, the chaos
to bring our cares, our sins
to the foot of the cross
Time to clean out the clutter
the struggles we carry
to bring them all forward
to the foot of the cross
Time to let go of worry
dependent on Jesus
to lean to his yoke
to come to the foot of the cross
Hopeful, anxious
in this Lenten journey
knowing the story
that comes together
at the foot of the cross
