room in our days

room in our days, in our lives,

a place for Jesus,

a place set aside

to spend time with God

not just opening our doors

to Jesus, the disciples;

making room in our hearts

for our Savior to dwell

sitting as Mary did

at the feet of Jesus;

in Him alone we find rest

food for our souls
