His Time with God

The son understanding
what it means to pray
His time with God
this should be our way

Set apart
in silence
maybe on the mountain side
in relation, connection
sensing him by our side

Going into worship
stilling ourselves
able to be a witness
to the extent we are blessed

Renewing ourselves
in the living waters of God
fed by his manna
his life for us all

Going refreshed,
renewed in the Lord
spreading his message
his love in the word
