a glorious destination

The promise for the victors
those who have run the race
faithful to God’s calling
not turning right or left

A glorious destination
eternity with God
focused on his teaching
his love for one and all

We must not give in
accepting when we are weary
lifting up our feet
following the Master’s calling

Faithful to the end
trusting in God’s promise
a glorious destination
for all of our tomorrows.
