The inclusion of Judas
with them in the upper room
the language of the Savior
in calling them the chosen
all twelve of them chosen
by the Christ to walk with him
yet one of them to betray him
to give in to the devil
to turn his back on Christ
only a willing heart
to redeem us from the dust
that is why he could claim them chosen
when one of them was lost.
