Anger is a Demon, truth,
yet
we hide behind our
arrogance
thinking we are in
control
that our destiny is in
our hands alone
that there is nothing
else out there,
sometimes, that there is
no God
that there is no Devil
that Satan doesn’t exist
we deny evil, when Evil
lives.
Anger is a Demon, truth,
one of the minions of
Satan
attacking us in our
weakness
seeking to destroy
even cleansed, delivered,
purged of our demons
breathing in evil
in response to another
so quickly we turn
Anger is a Demon, truth
coming back to us
our lives call out to
Anger
from the dark recesses
the shadows where it
hides
always at the ready
to cling to our flesh
to abide within the
crevasses
to places we don’t admit
