A higher authority gave them a charge
for them they would not silence
Proclaiming his name, healing
in his mighty name
Civil disobedience, speaking out
Unwilling to be quiet to still their voice
their new-found authority, spirit-filled
to tell of the Messiah, given over to Rome
Proof of the fulfillment, in the miracles
by ordinary, untrained me,
in his holy name
A revolt brewing,
unable to be silenced
to shake the world
