They were fishermen, ordinary men
unordained believers, cast into the sea
to become fishers of men, changed forever
knowing Jesus, not enough alone
The indwelling spirit, the Spirit of God
growing power within them,
giving them power, authority
to heal, to preach, to speak truth to power
to spread the good news to the Temple,
to the streets, out into the world
