(in Them)
The Pentecost flame, the spirit
burning in them, unable, unwilling to stop
proclaiming the truth of the risen Lord
the one killed by the people
handed over by the authorities
in his name they healed
in his holy name we are saved
all of us healed
The fire burning
burning still, within the spirit
living within us
Our turn, we ordinary people,
like them, to witness to the power
the love of Christ, healing in our time
bringing his love to all
