Unbound by the Flesh

Christ is calling us
in the words that night
a new law, commandment
in following the Christ

To love as Christ loved
our brothers, our sisters,
unbound by the flesh
the way of the earth

Following our brother
our Savior, Messiah
making choices
righteous in God’s sight

Standing for justice
healing those in pain
offering ourselves a witness
standing in Christ’s name
