Christ died on the cross
dying for those who despised
Him,
for those who shouted,
“Crucify!”,
the Son of the living God;
Dying on the cross
for someone unborn
all those born after that
time
For all of us throughout
time
hoping some would share the
light,
would choose the Good News
of salvation;
hoping we would accept the
gift
and pay Christ’s love
forward
to others yet unborn
to the end of the age
