Quick to launch our missiles
the quivers fully loaded;
the arguments ready
ready for the fight
Quick to enter battle
not backing down our
positions;
standing in the conflict
not turning at all
Nothing of this scripture
of turning the other
cheek;
always armed and ready
not trusting in the Lord
Not heeding His message
the example of His
choices;
even going to the cross
Christ did not fight back
Even when we whipped Him
the Son of God Almighty;
He chose to submit, to
forgive
to climb the cross to save
us
