The Church is Our Mother – v2

God is our Father, Creator,

Christ our Risen Brother, Savior;

The Church is our Mother

nurturing us here on earth.

We are the children

of God, of the Kingdom;

We are the children

of this earth.

We are bound together, in communion,

by the grace of the Living God;

We are guiding by the Spirit

until we are gathered home.
