It is not that we must call to God
to come into his presence
to share our walk with him
seeing him in our lives
It is we who must change
the scales falling from our eyes
God always with us
when we stop and turn to him
Nothing complicated
not having to set time apart
walking with God
in all we say and do
Journeying on
the Spirit dwelling within us
the trinity sharing our walk
our days upon this earth
We are the ones
who need the calling
to awake from our confusion
to feel him already here
