None of Us Strangers
We have the wrong perspective
failing to be alert
not seeing our neighbors
our brothers and sisters that hurt
None of us are strangers
all children of God
called like the rich man
to offer them comfort
to love our neighbors
as we have been taught
The words there for us to share
the lessons real and precise;
judgment will come for each of us,
what will our ledger show?
