Righteous only in God’s eyes

Our judgment meaningless
as we wallow in our wealth
the things of this earth a lie
the false idols of the age

Wealth not of the world
but in the ways of life
redeemed in the way we love
the way of the servant walk

Righteousness in God’s eyes
of value alone, worthy
not in some score on earth
in God we find our peace
our rest in heaven above
