Grant us the courage of conviction

Slow our fateful steps Lord
carrying our cross, as we have been commanded
guide our steps, in the way of Christ
Grant us the courage of conviction
in our journey this week, the Passion
to follow where Christ led
into the city, to the cross,
the grave, to Easter’s victory
