the divine and the mortal
my human side wants to be saved
to pull back from the precipice
not to drink from this cup;
but, no, I came for this
for this very reason,
to be the sacrifice
to give myself up unto God
climbing the rugged cross
my purpose, why I emptied myself
for this I came to the earth
