prayer not always coming
words raised out loud
prayers of silence
deep inside
sometimes the words won’t come
stuck in our throat
God hears our moans so deep
when words will not come
prayers of silence,
prayers as well
lifted up to God
prayers too deep for words
prayers lifted out loud.
