not about abstaining;
but about giving
a fasting from our
selfishness
thinking about others
not just ourselves.
a definition of fasting
through the eyes of the
Creator
the Father of us all
all Children of God;
a focusing on the needs
of all the others
not just caring about
ourselves
the bounty that we keep.
