To move beyond the breach
deep resolution of the
conflict;
moving past the moment
the failings of memory.
Building a third story
a new way of thinking;
stepping back from emotion
trying to add reason.
What really happened
how they got to this place;
his story, her story
something in the middle.
Building a third story
to heal the breach created;
a means to move on
to end the division.
