coming to God
in sackcloth, in ashes,
as one mourning
mourning the death of Christ
coming to God
humbly, as broken clay,
needing Your love
Your Son’s sacrifice
coming to God
in sackcloth, in ashes,
overwhelmed by these moments
the journey to the cross.
