All of the Voices

Not one person standing
all of the voices
together a wellspring
the tide of the sea change

Together standing
up against the oppression
breaking the bonds of the shackles
the chains on their lives

All of them together
not one voice alone
standing in the breach
until the despot did fall

None know the future
the path this will lead to
yet knowing this time
all of the voices are needed
standing up for their lives
