The lamb, the priest
God, Emmanuel
the last sacrifice for sin
the one, the great I Am
To understand the words
the power of his statements
the choice he made
to submit to the cross
Christ came from heaven
becoming of clay
the salt of the earth
shining God’s light
The holy one
the son of the most high
walking here with us
to show us paradise
Love we offer
humble before our Maker
loving our brother
caring for our neighbor
Walking lightly
gently on the earth
knowing he provides salvation
giving us new birth
