The dry dust sitting
upon the good earth
picked up by the creator
given new birth
His hands creating
his image coming to life
with living water
the dust becoming clay
molded and turned
the clay on the wheel
His touch revealing our form
but dust still, clay
that is all we are
until the breath of life
is given by God
