Walking to Heaven

A journey, a path
walking to heaven
the way of holiness
that we travel on
this life here on earth

Following the shepherd’s call
the word of God
speaking from within
his voice guiding our way
yoked with our brother, our king

Traveling the way of the cross
all the days of our lives
leading us to salvation
walking to heaven
a new life to begin
