Distracted from Your Grace

The clutter of our lives
the little things in the way
obscuring our vision
our eyes off the prize

Losing the sight of the ball
the important thing, the Christ
caught up in our day to day
missing eternal life

Distracted from your grace
led farther away
the way of the world calling
that we would lose God

Needing to be purposeful
the Spirit speaking within
bringing us closer to God
that we would really live
