Spirit of God
light in me
a brushfire of words
the bloom of your love
shouting from the heavens
of your glory
your hope for man
that we would turn to you
Fire in me
ignite my heart to singing
sharing your grace with all
the endless measure
the steadfast guiding
the overflowing
water, living presence
of Christ, the Spirit
living within us
teaching us more
that we may serve
Kindle my spirit
to stop my trembling
my doubts washed away
serving with a joyful heart
boundless grace
washing down,
pouring into me
let me be empty
that I may be filled
