A deeper hue
darker and soothing
more like aqua or teal
the robin’s egg on the ground
noticed while I was mowing
set off against the earth
the lush green grass
A robin’s egg darker
than robin’s-egg blue
something amazing
a bit of wonder
magic in that moment
a bit of grace
poured out on me
