For So Many Things
Gathering together
thinking about the season
the year fast ending
a future yet to be
Thankful in this moment
for so many things
first and foremost thankful
for what You did for me
Coming to this earth
lowly, as a child
giving your life for me
that I may live again
Offering such a sacrifice
paying such a cost
calling me to share the news
to the least, the last, the lost
Thankful in this moment
for so many things
most of all for you Lord
my savior and my king
