In His Supremacy

In His supremacy
first before all others
Christ has brought down kings
from the false sense of power

Down from their thrones
into the dust of the earth
in Christ alone we are forgiven
given new birth in him

Life, in all its fullness
until the end of the age
life in eternity with him
if we turn our lives to him

God seeking us
ever with arms open wide
turning to our savior
our brother right by our side
