Not just the manger
the coming of the King
God in His glory
descending again
We are to remember
the gift of old
the Christ-child descending
as the scripture foretold
The coming of Jesus
riding on the clouds
the victory of the ages
as the scripture foretold
We can trust in the promise
the gathering in
Christ will come again in glory
Oh let that season begin
